Really wonderful and helpful tips. These tips are very useful for me. I believe that this world would be a much safer place to be a woman in were more doctors to study bioidenticals This clustering effect in peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women of an elevated fasting glucose, elevated triglycerides, elevated CRP and elevated pulse pressure, all contribute strongly to cardiovascular disease risk, along with psychosocial factors of anxiety and depression. They need to find somewhere, even if it’s just a twenty-minute break, to help de-stress. Maybe she can take 30 minutes on an hour lunch break to do some yoga work or aerobic type exercise and insist that insurance pay for this much safer path to wellness. Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks so much for the tresure trove of info. I am 58 and have taken bio troches for 3 years. I would love to be in a free study to further help the ladies who will soon be in menopause. God bless and keep up the good fight

I am thrilled and relieved that this study is being conducted. Perhaps I can get my friends to take notice, as there is so much fear among women regarding ANY hormone replacement nowadays. I have been using bio identical hormones, for 2 years, less than a year into menopause. I am so grateful to the late Dr. John Lee whose books I have treasured. Thank you Dr. Hopkins for your newsletter and everything you do!

I'm a believer of the efficacy of bioidentical hormones for many years. Thanks to the dedication of the many health professionals and scientists who gave hope to women who suffer from menopausal symptons, heart disease and breast cancer because of synthetic hormone replacement therapy. Now women will have the opportunity to choose a healthy alternative.

I am 66 and have been on bioidentical hormones for 1 1/2 yrs. It has made a tremendous difference in my life, although I still have to be on a statin and blood pressure meds and have type II diabetis. Am being treated by Holtorf Med Grp in Torrance & Foster City, CA which specializes in anti-aging & hormones. I too would be interested in participating in a study for free should Dr. Stephensen get funding for another one.

I am so thrilled that this study is in progress. You must find other ways to conduct these studies because mainstream medicine is practically killing women. I have a brother who is a doctor and one who is a pharmacist - they both totally discard the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement, refuse to read the literature that's actually been around now for quite some time, and attribute my wellness to perceived better genes than they inherited...completely ridiculous - I have been on bioidentical HRT now for nearly a decade, and my previous (and frequent) atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, and hot flashes have ceased; I sleep like a baby, and my mood swings are gone. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
